This is Whiff of Joy, Willow.  She is my second stamp from this company and defiantly not my last.  I have fallen  in love with em.  :)  Papers are CTMH Paper Garden.  Bling is from my stash and I don't know what company.

    The pants are beautiful, I love the two tones meshing together. Gives it dimension and believable color.
