CKC part 4

Here is a card I made at the Heartfelt Creations booth.  You should check them out.  So cool!  It's made from Spellbinders grand die #4 (I believe).  They make stamps that go in spellbinder dies.

CKC part 2

I got to take 3 copic classes given by Clear and Simple.  Here are my cards from each class.

Class 2

  We used the blender to make the polka dots and on the tulip card is an exsample why you be careful whats under what your coloring.

Class 3

We played with the ABS (air brush system).  So fun!  We colored the ribbon (which was white) and of corse used the doillie.  In the card below we used our gliter pens to spray gliter on it.

My hubby is the best!  LOL He told me to go!!  :)  He even told me to take along my sis for even more fun for me.  He is the best!!  I had such a good time!  Beth was able to get Saturday off to join me for classes and fun!  I did several classes to to do some scrap pages.  It has been way to long since I have done any. :)  So, here are some of the pages I made. 

 

 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY

This is my sweet sis and today is her birthday.  She's great and I can't wait till this weekend to spend some time with her! 

 

This is the card I made for her.  It uses the digi sentament chat room birthday from SU and cakelady from Squigglefly. 



I used this sketch from Splitcoaststampers.  It was fun coloring up in such bright colors useing my pencils.  CS is Reagal rose, melon mambo, tempting turquoise, whisper white and sahara sand.  The stripe is from the brights DS paper pack.  Button and brads are also SU.

Hermit that is.  While in Tucson and I was helping Vanessa shop for a prom dress, the three younger girls talked their dad into these guys.  Boy is he a sucker for three sets of pleading eyes.  LOL

Breanna's Baptism

We finally found a time when Douglas would be home on the first Saturday of the month to baptise Breanna.

Cupcakes

Don't ya just love em?  Just the right size.  Well this one is a box that I made from a tut on Andrea Walfords Stampers Library .  I used pink pirouette (cupcake), rose red (cherry) and chocolate chip (wrapper) CS.  The rose red I ran through my Xyron create-a-sticker and then sprinkled with dazzling diamonds.  The dots are from Robins Nest?  I think; had them awhile.  :) 

Family post

Nina's Birthday is in March but she had to wait till dad got back to open her BIG preasent.  She was so excited and happy.  She is having a good time riding around on it.  It is electric and goes about 4 miles.  Love ya babe

So Douglas is home for another week and that explains the time between posts.  :)  Sneakin off for a night with the girls tonight and next week I'm off to CKC with my sister!!!  I'm so excited!!  I'm taking 3 copic classes and 5 other classes.  I just cant wait!!

My Dads Birthday is the 1st of April!!  I'm a bit late posting it because I'm a bit late sending it.  LOL  I wanted to use this motorcycle stamp from SU but I didn't buy it when it was out last year.  So this is my first bought download from MDS.  I printed it out and colored it up with Not Quite Navy, Soft suede an Basic Grey.  The sentiment is chat room birthday which I also printed from MDS and popped with dimensionals.  The basic grey piece is textured and then I sponged on soft suede to help the texture pop a bit more.  This was a lot of fun to play with!  I will have to play with MDS a bit more!  I used the sketch 211 from the card positioning system (which I'm late for) and a challenge #7 to use some kind of embossing on  Cards for Men.

I just love the colors in this paper pack.  You can earn it and the stamp set for free With a $350 workshop or purchase.  Or with an order of $20. you may purchase the stamp set and paper pack for the price listed.  Heads up, the SU paper packs will be going up in price starting with the summer mini.  So, if you like it, now is the time to save the extra dollar.  :)
There has been lots of guesses as to the colors in the paper pack.  lol  My Guess on Colors are: ( I did use the color coach)

The official list wont be out till July.  Some colors included in the DSP package are printed in a lighter shade.
It is very pretty tho!

Now are not those labels B-utiful!!!  I try to always get the stamps that match the punches.
