Happy Father's Day

to all my men in my life.  You are great Fathers and I know you love your kiddos and are wonderful examples!  I love you and hope you have a great day full of love!  

Here are a few things I made and one I helped my mom make:

This is one I just had to case.  Only thing I changed was embossing the "d"and the embossing plate.  Thought they gave a bit more pop.  CS: very vanilla & chocolate chip

I changed up the colors here but am not quit as happy with it.  CS: Going grey and baja breeze

I swear that I have been busy makin things and I promise to post them in the next couple of days.  Yesterday was my anniversary so I was out running around with my hubby all day.  :)  We went to lunch then ran up to Tucson.   We had a ball at The GasLight Theaters performance of, Harlie's Angels.  We will have to do that again!  If you haven't been I suggest it.  Be back soon.  :)

Last Chance

Last chance Stamps and accesories lists are in.   It is always a stress for me to see stamps that I love retire.  But I cant wait to see the new catalogue and find my new favorites!  Us demo's also got a sneak peek at the new In-Colors, and we got to order some of the new stamp sets this morning.  You are SO GOING TO LOVE the new in colors.  I actually paid for 2nd day air this time so they would be here faster.  :)  So check out those stamps that are leavin and get them before they are gone!  :)

I couldn't sleep last night and so got up and played with this new stamp set (tart & tangy 111514) I got on Thursday.  I used Kyla's card (who doesn't seem to be  blogging anymore) as a spring board.  Okay I pretty much cased it but I did change things up a bit.  :)  I also used Wagon Full of Fun (113262 mini) for my basket.  I was pretty pleased with myself for thinkin of that.  I haven't seen anyone else do it but I'm sure I'm not the first.  Thought it turned out cute though.  :)  I am pleased

I also made some Father's Day Cards but I'm not sharing those yet.  :)

Alpaca's

For Mothers Group we headed out to an Alpaca farm.  Janice Buttitta (owner) showed us around and gave us information on these pretty animals.  It was so much fun!  Aleah just jumped right in there and fed and petted them.  There is also a beautiful shop to buy a gift or something for yourself.  If you would like to go see them she just asks that you phone ahead.

My mother

This is a bit latte but I wanted to share it with ya anyway.  This is my mother's day card for my mom.  It is also my first decoing the inside.  My sister wrote my mom a beautiful letter and left it on her blog.  I myself am not as good with words but I hope she felt my love none the less.

Deven is 13!!

Wow I am having a hard time believing my baby boy is 13.  He is lookin so grown up!  I can no longer see the little boy, only the man he will be.  On Sunday we had cake and opened his gifts.  Saturday was spent running around and going out to eat.

These were really quick and fun to make.  The girls each picked out the paper they wanted me to use and I did the rest.  They love them.

Loven the teachers

Well I really wanted to show my love and apparition of my daughters teachers this year.  They have done such a wonderful job encouraging them and helping them grow.  I found this great idea on Nichole Heady's blog.  There is a journal, pen and journaling questions to this gift.  I covered the 2 note books and decorated the jar with items from Autumn Leaves Back 2 School collection.  Curling those questions and filling the jar took the most time.  :)  Oh I did add a ribbon bookmark in when I coved them.    Thanks for stoppin by

These are the Mother's Day card I made.  I didn't post them earlier so they were a surprise.  

Saturday evening we left Vanessa sitting and went and saw the new Star Trek!  It was a great action flick.  Even if you are not into Star Trek it was worth seeing just for the shear fun.  have to admit it had me jumpin a couple of times.  :)  No stampin today at least not yet.  :)

For all the Mothers out there

Found a great site with mother's day poems.  So if you were lookin for one look no further. :)  Douglas and Deven are off on a father son camp out.  Doug hates to camp so I hope all goes well.  Vanessa is trying out for the flag team for next year.  She will be gone from 10 am - 5 pm; so, all of my sitters are gone and its up to Nina to entertain the girls while I have class tomorrow.  :)   Been crazy today but I have my Mother's Day cards in the mail.  LOL  They will be late but......  :)  Hope your day was great,
